As a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and former home care owner, I have managed scheduling, intake coordination, caregiver communication, documentation workflows, billing follow-ups, hiring support, and the constant demands of keeping an agency running smoothly.

Through founding and operating Consano Home Care, I experienced firsthand how administrative friction disrupts workflow and increases owner stress. That experience shaped my understanding of what agencies truly need: structured, reliable operational support.
